1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LikeWay AI ("the Service"), operated by Aixphonic ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LikeWay AI is an AI-powered assistant platform that provides conversational AI, code generation, image generation, deep research, and related tools. The Service is provided "as is" and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must not share your account with others or use another user's account.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. AI Output Limitations

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER

AI-generated responses may contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or biases. Users must verify critical information before relying on it for professional, medical, legal, or financial decisions.

  • AI outputs are generated by third-party language models and do not represent the views of Aixphonic.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content.
  • AI-generated code may contain bugs or security vulnerabilities — always review before production use.
  • AI-generated images are synthetic and may not accurately represent reality.

5. Prohibited Usage

You must not use the Service to:

  • Generate illegal, harmful, hateful, or discriminatory content.
  • Create deepfakes, non-consensual intimate content, or impersonate real individuals.
  • Facilitate fraud, phishing, scams, or identity theft.
  • Generate code designed to exploit vulnerabilities or harm systems.
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations in India or your jurisdiction.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, or misuse the underlying AI models.
  • Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service without authorization.
  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit free-tier outputs without a valid subscription.

6. Accounts & Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms.
  • Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked immediately.
  • We may retain your data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention).
  • You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete Account, or by contacting support.

7. Payment Terms

  • Subscriptions: Paid plans (Go, Plus, Pro) are billed monthly via Razorpay or Stripe.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds: See our Refund Policy.
  • Price Changes: We may change prices with 30 days advance notice.
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST.

8. Intellectual Property

  • Our IP: The Service, its design, code, logos, and brand assets are owned by Aixphonic and protected by applicable laws.
  • Your Content: You retain ownership of prompts and inputs you provide.
  • AI Outputs: Free-tier users receive a limited, non-commercial license to AI outputs. Premium users receive a commercial license to use outputs in their work.
  • Training: We do not use your conversations to train AI models unless you explicitly opt in.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Aixphonic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
  • We are not liable for damages arising from AI outputs, third-party services, or unauthorized access to your account.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aixphonic, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City], India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notification at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
